Ian Mertlik is the owner and lead designer at Lincoln Creek Landscape & Design inc., specializing in transforming outdoor spaces with creative, functional, and sustainable landscape designs. With a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Ian brings a deep understanding of design principles and a keen eye for detail to every project.
After graduating, Ian honed his expertise at Olsson, where he spent three years on the Landscape Architecture team, working on large-scale projects across Nebraska. This experience allowed him to develop a diverse skill set, including site analysis, master planning, and complex design solutions.
At Lincoln Creek Landscape & Design inc., Ian leads a team that offers both 2D and 3D landscape designs, providing clients with a full range of services, from landscape and hardscape installation to building outdoor kitchens, firepits, water features, and sprinkler systems. His approach blends functionality with beauty, creating outdoor spaces that enhance quality of life.
